Calling all SQL experts!

I was lucky enough, just now, to find a copy of a SQL dump I did in 2007. There's data in them thar files... and plenty of it.

What is the best way to take the data from this file and get it into my new db? I realize right now that there's WAAAY more to the question than that, like what did it come from and what's it going into, etc. Which is cool, I can answer that.

I could also manually extrapolate the data and re-enter it piece by piece. YUCK.

Any takers?

In life there are things that are public and things that are private. I'm mostly a private person. It's a thing with me... organization. I'm busy too (notice the kids comment above) and no matter how hard I try, I lose touch.
